Problems with Bigpond email addresses

Over the last five years we've run into many instances where any bigpond email addresses have rejected our emails.
Specifically this applies to the server we use within our business which is hosted by Microsoft and has the highest security protocols applied to it.
We have gone to great lengths and cost to appease the security requests put down by bigpond however it has reached a point where they have made it too difficult to do business with.
If you have a bigpond email address you are unlikely to receive full communications from us going forward.
Our emails are sent from various mail servers in an attempt to get around the bigpond issue so you may find that you receive some emails from us but then others may not reach you.
For those with bigpond email addresses, could you please consider shifting your email service to gmail or similar provider? They are still free, easy to use, more versatile and importantly they are more secure for you.
